Hi everyone, this is Taka!
We just added two new planner refills from Takeo, and one of them is a paper I've wanted to carry for a while: Araveal.
Araveal has been in Takeo's lineup since 1989. It's uncoated, which gives it a soft, quiet feel under the pen. No gloss, no slickness. Just a clean surface that absorbs ink without resisting it. It comes in five muted colors (ash gray, autumn leaves, prime rose, slate blue, and sage green), each subtle enough that your handwriting reads clearly on top. If your planner pages have felt a little plain, this is a simple way to change that.
First Vintage is a different kind of paper. It's made from a blend of unbleached and bleached wood pulp, which gives it a natural, slightly rough texture and an earthy tone right out of the pack. It feels like a paper that's been around, in a good way. Also five colors, leaning into the warm, worn palette the name suggests.
Both are available in Bible (Personal) size and Mini 6 size, covering most standard ring planner formats.
Hope you find one that fits your setup. Warmly, Taka
