Hi everyone, this is Taka!
It's been a while since we added a new pen to Komorebi, and I wanted to make sure the next one was worth the wait.
This is the Aerospace-Grade Duralumin Ballpoint Pen. It's made by a precision machining company in Sanjo City, Niigata that's been supplying components to manufacturers like JUKI, SMC, and Nidec since 1951. The pen is machined from a solid block of duralumin, the same aluminum alloy used in aircraft. All metal, but the tapered shape puts the weight near your grip so it
feels natural and stays comfortable.
I keep mine in the Solid Stainless Steel Pen Holder on my desk. No cap, no click. I just pick it up and write. For quick notes, it's the fastest pen on my desk. Uses Jet Stream refills too, which is a big plus.
Hope you like it as much as I do!
Warmly, Taka
